“We serve our Glühwein daily after 4pm and receive great feedback about it,” says Jasper. Besides for the introduction of Glühwein the Sansibar whisky menu expanded to now also include a range of South African whiskies. On 30 June the first Whisky Sunday event was held at Asara. Johnnie Walker was the first featured brand and on top of the whisky and food pairing guests could also have a tutored tasting and enjoy live music by Stone Age.
