The Arabella Country Estate will be hosting its annual OPEN AT ARABELLA on Sunday, 21 July 2013, played in conjunction with the lst round of the Open at Muirfield. There is a shot gun start at 11h00, after a briefing and the draw for partners at 10h00. Arabella Country Estate is one of Cape Town’s most luxurious golf estates, boasting panoramic views of the Palmiet Mountain Range, and the tranquil Bot River Lagoon. This lifestyle estate is situated approximately 28 kilometres from Hermanus and 7 kilometres from Kleinmond. The day is themed for the venue of the OPEN, so this year players can expect a Scottish half way house and evening meal. TaylorMade sponsor the day, which concludes with all players watching the final holes amid a real buzz as we wait to determine our Champion – who currently is Brian Smith after he and Geoff Ogilvy did the deed last year.
