I will keep you updated on how we progress. According to my calculations, Malbec will be the first grapes we welcome into the cellar this year. Something new We bottled some new releases, among others the Blaauwklippen Cultivar Selection Rosé, produced from Shiraz and Zinfandel grapes. The wine is delicately styled with aromas of apple, pear and cherries and sells for R40 per bottle. The new 2010 Vineyard Selection Cabriolet, is a seamless blend of 50% Malbec, 30% Merlot, 10% Shiraz, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine can be enjoyed now, but has excellent cellaring potential. It sells for R87 per bottle. The month of love Our harvesting season, it is also the month of love!
