Our first Lonely Heart video features Carla van der Merwe, ex Wine.co.za news editor and girlfriend of Francois Joubert, chief winemaker at Asara. She describes only too poignantly the loneliness of Harvest time and the long hours apart. But it's not all doom and gloom, with plenty of 'me' time, comes the honing of sewing and crafting skills. Soon Carla will be able to sew enough scatter cushions to fill up that empty spot on the couch.
