Among the 120 guests attendance Pub Quiz were club members, invited guests and friends of the benefitting charity. The quiz was run by “Quiz Nite Cape Town” with the evening’s theme being Proudly South African. During the course of the evening prizes were awarded for the best dressed teams, best spirit and of course the winners of the quiz. Due to the Anna Foundations connection with the wine farms, many of the prizes were sponsored by local estates. An enjoyable evening was had by all. Every few months a social event is planned for all 1%Club members. These events provide an opportunity for working professionals to meet new people and network. To become a part of the 1%Club, members commit to contributing 1% of their salary each month – these contributions are pooled together and go towards assisting the Anna Foundation children.
