Waverley Hills is best known for producing organic wines with a unique style. Their wines are extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos characteristic. The wines have mass appeal as they are fruit driven and easy to drink. "This year's selection was one of the most critical in its two and half decade history with wines chosen to be served during South Africa's shining moment - 2010 - when the country expects a higher volume of visitors," commented SAA.
