South African Airways (SAA) announced recently that the Waverley Hills Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2007 would be listed for premium class passengers in 2010.
SAA had in excess of 1,000 entries in total this year and Waverley Hills was chosen by their panel of local and international wine experts to be served on board premium class flights and in their lounges. Not only is this an incredible achievement because of the rigorous selection process, but Waverley Hills is proud to be the first organic wine ever chosen by SAA.

Waverley Hills is best known for producing organic wines with a unique style. Their wines are extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos characteristic. The wines have mass appeal as they are fruit driven and easy to drink.

"This year's selection was one of the most critical in its two and half decade history with wines chosen to be served during South Africa's shining moment - 2010 - when the country expects a higher volume of visitors," commented SAA.
