The restaurant is situated in Harbour Road with its interesting shops and is about 100 meters from the sea. The emphasis on the menu is seafood with a twist. Jonathan Franszen Cordon Bleu trained chef will use fresh sea produce and add his 30 years plus experience from around the world to create exceptional meals. Sooks will try and source fresh line fish like: Hottentots fish, Mackerel, Harders, Red Stumpnose, ect. and give their personal touch to it.
