From October to December Salushi Claremont is launching its summer menu and one of the highlights will be a 21 piece sushi platter together with a glass of the fabulous Wildekrans bubbly.
The new outdoor area at Salushi is the ideal location to enjoy this fabulous offer together with a host of newly launched cocktails!

Salushi Intaba is the second and flagship store in the Salushi stable of restaurants and a sister of the renowned Wasabi restaurant in Constantia. Salushi's concept is simple - specilaizing in salads, noodles and sushi, the emphasis is on consistent quality and service using the freshest of ingredients.

Set in the heart of Claremont's commercial hub and silhouetted by the spectacular backdrop of Table Mountain, Salushi Intaba recently re-launched with a brand new menu, wine list and cocktail menu and now offers a relaxing lounge area where patrons can indulge in refreshing and innovative cocktails while surfing the net or enjoying sport on the big screen TV.

Signature dishes include Bon Bon Gifts (salmon fashion sandwiches wrapped in salmon and topped with mayo and caviar), Malay Chicken (a rice noodle dish with wok seared chicken strips in a coconut milk, coriander and fresh chilli sauce) and the wok seared Salmon Salad which continues to receive rave reviews. The Wasabi Truffle (Lindt chocolate and wasabi base topped with a delicious Crème Bruleé topping) is an absolute must while the Salushi Soul (a refreshing cocktail with ginger and mint balanced beautifully with sweet vanilla, Tanqueray gin and vanilla sugar) is the perfect way to unwind after a long day.
