Fine wine brokers and cellarers, Wine Cellar, will be hosting a series of fine wine tastings over the months of July and August to explore vintages 2001 - 2005 of South Africa's top Cabernet Franc of Raats Family Wines as well as the long-lived Chateau Cheval Blanc of Bordeaux.
The tastings which will take place at Ten Bompas Hotel, Johannesburg (26th July), Belthazar Restaurant, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town (2nd August) and at the Havannah Grill, Sunset Casino, Durban (15th August) will be at a cost of R2,500 per person and offer guests the opportunity to explore these wines in an exclusive yet relaxed discussion-based setting followed by a three course dinner with the Petit Cheval and Raats wines.

En Primeur
Wine Cellar is the only cellar in South Africa to buy wine En Primeur which includes the Cheval Blanc for these tastings currently priced at R13,000 per bottle. Over the last five successive years, Wine Cellar has been the only successive importer in South Africa to secure Bordeaux through the En Primeur campaigns and in that way securing the highly demanded wines at the lowest possible prices for South African fine wine collectors and clients.
