Cape Wine Academy
This extension of the popular first level Cap Classique course extends the joy of South Africa’s finest bottle-fermented bubbly to an even broader German-speaking audience.
Nathalie is a German national and Cape Sommelier who has called the Cape her home for the past 15 years. She is a wine tour guide who loves teaching and sharing the pleasure of South African wines with tourists and the German community in the Cape as well as overseas. She has a particular passion for Cap Classique.

The first “Erste Stern” Course will be presented by Nathalie at the Cape Wine Academy in Stellenbosch for the first time on Friday 5th April 2024.
