Our artfully blended Spier Creative Block range is made with 2, 3 or 5 varietals from specially selected vineyard blocks. Like a painter mixes colours to create their composition, our winemakers draw from a rich aromatic palette of distinct vineyards and varieties to compose an elegant blend reflective of each vintage.
Creative Block 2
This blend of 94% Sauvignon Blanc and 6% Sémillon turns heads wherever it appears. Lusciously textured tropical, fynbos and asparagus flavours are overlaid upon a canvas of mouthwatering minerality.
Creative Block 3
Make a statement at your next dinner party with a red blend that’s truly a work of art. With spicy Shiraz accented by intoxicating splashes of Mourvèdre and Viognier, this Rhône-style blend’s voluptuous complexity is sure to inspire.
Creative Block 5
A true symphony of a wine, with Bordeaux varietals led by Cabernet Sauvignon achieving perfect, rousing harmony. If you ever need a standout performance from a red come dinnertime.
