Idiom
This winter, Idiom Restaurant and Tasting Centre presents its Winter Warmer Menu, a limited-time seasonal offering created to showcase the richness of winter dining in one of the Cape's most spectacular settings.

Available for lunch from Monday to Friday, with dinner service on Thursday and Friday evenings, the menu presents a choice of seasonal starters, hearty mains and a delectable dessert.

A seasonal soup, which changes weekly, ensures each visit offers something new to discover, while the remainder of the menu showcases refined winter favourites prepared with the finest local ingredients in the restaurant's contemporary culinary style. The signature dish of this menu is the slow-braised Springbok Shank served with creamy potato mash, grilled butternut, charred onions and rosemary crumble. Guests can enjoy two courses for R325 or three courses for R395.

Set high on the slopes of the Helderberg, with panoramic views across the vineyards towards False Bay, Idiom Restaurant offers an elegant setting in which to linger over leisurely lunches and memorable winter evenings. Whether gathering with friends, entertaining clients or simply taking time to savour the season, guests can enjoy warm hospitality, award-winning wines and cuisine that celebrates the simple pleasures of winter.

Available for a limited time throughout the season, the Winter Warmer Menu offers an inviting opportunity to experience Idiom Restaurant's acclaimed dining experience at exceptional seasonal value.
