We are entering an exciting new chapter in our hospitality journey at Waterford Estate, announcing that July 2026 will serve as a winter pause for our restaurant operations as our hospitality team prepares to launch the newly envisioned Waterford Estate Restaurant on 1 August 2026.
Following a successful collaboration with the SALT team, Waterford Estate has decided to bring our restaurant operations in-house. This transition marks an exciting opportunity to further align the dining experience with the estate's philosophy, wines, and vision for hospitality. We at Waterford Estate are truly grateful for the SALT team and their contribution to our culinary experience and wish them every success in their future endeavours.

Throughout July, the estate will undertake a period of preparation. While the restaurant will be closed, our tasting experiences, wine sales, and estate visits will continue to welcome guests. For those wishing to enjoy a light bite alongside their wine, we will also be offering a platter service throughout this winter break, starting Friday, the 3rd of July.
