Autumn Chef Set Menu: A change of flavours
We invite you to join us for our Chef Set Menu, now available for the whole table at R398 per person. Settle in, share the experience, and enjoy a considered selection of seasonal dishes, from potato rösti with cured egg yolk and chives to smoked snoek pâté and sautéed potato gnocchi with romesco and patty pans.
Menu highlights include:
- Kalahari lamb shoulder, caramelised onion, and nasturtium.
