Rooted in Blaauwklippen’s rich heritage, the Manor House introduces a reservation-led hospitality experience that blends historic Cape elegance with refined contemporary hosting. In 1682, breakfast on the farm was a simple yet sustaining ritual, centered around locally produced ingredients, freshly baked breads, wholesome grains and homemade fare. What is considered a luxury breakfast today was once everyday life at Blaauwklippen. Centuries later, these traditions return to the Manor House in a full-circle moment of heritage, authenticity and nostalgia.
From Wednesday, 20 May 2026, the Manor House kitchen will officially open to the public for executive breakfasts. The Manor house offers guests an elegant morning experience where timeless hospitality, thoughtful cuisine and the legacy of one of the Cape’s oldest wine farms come together.
For companies, business owners and private groups seeking a more memorable setting, the Manor House presents a refined alternative to conventional meeting spaces. Heritage architecture, vineyard surroundings and warm South African hospitality create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and deeply personal.
The space is ideally suited to executive breakfasts, client catch-ups, leadership mornings, intimate celebrations, small company sessions and bespoke private dining occasions. With a comfortable capacity of approximately 26 guests, the Manor House lends itself to gatherings where privacy, attentive service and atmosphere remain central to the experience
The true value lies in the setting itself. Guests arrive at the oldest wine farm in Stellenbosch, and are welcomed into an environment that feels curated, intimate and connected to place. It is premium enough for important clients and occasions, yet accessible enough to become part of regular business hospitality.
The first phase of the offering will focus on direct reservations and relationship-led bookings, allowing the Blaauwklippen team to host with care, brief front-of-house staff personally and build demand through exceptional experiences and word-of-mouth recommendation.
Companies and private groups are invited to enquire directly via francois@blaauwklippen.com. Telephone enquiries are welcome, however all reservations are confirmed exclusively through the Manor House team.
