A sensory experience on the horizon
Inspired by our current art exhibition, entitled "Van Horison tot Horison", we present a sensory experience of note – an exclusive evening showcasing the beauty of art in all its aspects.
Join us for an introduction to the exceptional art experience in the La Motte Ateljee, a horizontal Chardonnay tasting presented by cellarmaster Edmund Terblanche and a dinner in L’Ami Family Brasserie inspired by the landscape, the works of art in the La Motte Ateljee and La Motte wines with a special selection from the estate's Reserve Collection and Rupert Vinoteque on the estate.

We are delighted to join the RMB Latitudes Art Fair hosted in the Shepstone Gardens, Johannesburg from 22 – 24 May 2026.
The La Motte Ateljee will be offering an exciting preview of its new seasonal exhibition, entitled "Among the Trees", while also presenting our latest vintages as the official still wines of the fair. Opening at La Motte on 4 July 2026, this carefully curated exhibition invites La Motte's Gauteng-based friends in wine and art to enjoy the special celebration.
