Think of it as a refined, indulgent take on a posh pizza – a delicate flatbread layered with smooth cream cheese, smoked salmon, salmon roe, red onion, and finished with a fragrant fynbos vinegar. Elegant, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
To spread the love a little further, each pizza order includes a complimentary glass of Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Rosé, perfectly paired to elevate the experience.

The Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Rosé is delicately pale, crafted from free-run juice and fermented slowly at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and precision. Aromas of wild strawberry, pomegranate, and soft florals lead to a bright, finely textured palate, where juicy red berries and a hint of watermelon are balanced by crisp acidity and subtle complexity from time spent on fine lees.
Equally captivating, the Visio Vintners Rosé is fashionably pale and made with minimal skin contact to capture the purity of fruit. The nose reveals rose petals and pomegranate, while the palate opens to fresh raspberry and watermelon, finishing clean with a gentle citrus lift.
