
This new offering adds a fresh and flavourful dimension to the Simonsig experience.
The collaboration offers guests a vibrant culinary complement to the farm’s acclaimed range of Cap Classique, red, white and rosé wines.
At the heart of the new menu is the 36-hour fermented, hand-stretched Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza selection. Guests can choose from classics such as the Margherita, along with new favourites already emerging — like the Burrata. A sweet dessert pizza adds a playful finish to the line-up.
The menu extends beyond pizza, offering fresh salads and snacks, as well as the farm’s much-loved cheese and charcuterie boards, including the popular kiddies’ board.
Visitors can enjoy the new menu alongside a curated wine tasting or simply relax with a glass or bottle from the Simonsig range. Guests can also pair their favourite pizza with the creative Sip and Paint experience, where you get to paint your very own bottle of Kaapse Vonkel to take home.
The new offering is also available during the popular Simomo Sundowner evenings, where extended hours on select Fridays until 8 pm create the perfect opportunity to enjoy golden hour in the Winelands.

To round out the experience, guests are invited to stroll through the iconic Labyrinth vineyard: the unique, maze-inspired site behind the Labyrinth Cabernet Sauvignon 2022. This distinctive wine was recently awarded a stellar 5-star rating in the 2026 Platter’s Wine Guide.
