We are excited to share that we have started with a significant upgrade to our fermentation and maturation cellar. This renovation marks a bold step toward modernising our operations with state-of-the-art equipment and streamlined processes, all designed to improve the way we work and elevate the quality, consistency, and sustainability of our wines.
The new cellar will reduce water and energy consumption, improve workflow efficiency, and allow for greater precision during fermentation, ensuring that each vintage expresses the character of our terroir like never before.
