This April, we're highlighting two of our summer-to-autumn favourites:
- Chenin Blanc is one of South Africa’s most iconic cultivars – versatile, expressive, and full of personality. Expect white peach, pear, and guava with a touch of orange zest!
- Gewürztraminer – Aromas of litchi, rose, and Turkish delight with a soft marmalade finish.
Chef Tiaan brings the food flavour for these two wines with a citrusy prawn and lime dish that’s a match made in heaven with our Chenin Blanc and a dessert made for Gewürztraminer lovers: Rose water Panna Cotta, burnt white chocolate with citrus puree.
