The heart of the Babylonstoren Farm Hotel's Fynbos Family House is the private walled garden with its own pool.
Oh, olives!
Babylonstoren's olive trees bow heavy with fruit as autumn burnishes the farm in sepia tones of old gold. The rhythm shifts from the hurried press of grapes to the steady crush of olives, with the 2025 olive oil vintage taking shape.
Now is the ideal time to book an olive oil tour on the farm. The olive oil press is running at full steam, churning out the brightest, freshest olio nuovo – the season’s very first olive oil – to taste and admire. Guests on the olive oil tour will get to taste and blend their own oil to take home. Book HERE.
Enchanted Easter
