The Bistro at Brookdale is open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings – a chance to slow down, share good food, and enjoy the peaceful charm of the estate after dark. Expect comforting favourites prepared with finesse by Chef Gary Coetzee – think their much-loved miso aubergine with homemade kimchi, or tandoori lamb rump with baba ghanoush salad – all thoughtfully paired with Brookdale’s expressive wines.
