2025 harvest update
The Haute Cabrière 2025 wine harvest kicked off in January with some beautiful grapes destined for our Pierre Jourdan Cap Classique wines.
We pick these grapes early in the season to ensure lively acidity and vibrance in our traditional Cap Classiques. This gives our wines the balance of flavours and the crisp freshness they're known for.
