Perdeberg’s new summer menu is launching on Friday, 8th November and it’s all about celebrating fresh, simple flavours. Think slow-roasted heirloom tomatoes that taste like summer in every bite and a creamy camembert pasta that's pure comfort. There’s a loaded granola bowl – perfect for sunny mornings – and a crispy pork belly that brings just the right amount of crunch. They’ve also added some of their crowd-favourite tapas to the main menu, so you can enjoy them all season.
It’s the kind of food that makes you want to linger a little longer, with a glass of wine in hand – all you need to decide is which award-winning wine you want in the glass.
