Tapas small plates menu
A selection of tapas style small plate creations have been added to the menu at Perdeberg Restaurant! Enjoy delicious creations from Chef Stander like the crumbed chicken wings glazed in a honey soy sauce, the pan-fried squid with garlic aioli and herb salad, or the feta and green pepper stuffed peppadews with basil pesto drizzle.
For an additional R20, each tapas small plate can be enjoyed in a pairing with a wine from our wine list for the ultimate food and wine pairing experience.

Pizza Fridays
Double up on pizza orders with Pizza Fridays at Perdeberg Restaurant! Order 2 pizzas to enjoy at the restaurant or take-away and enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY Greek salad or garlic bread.

Perdeberg Cab and Kids Weekend
From Friday, 30 August to Sunday, 1 September between 09h00 and 16h00 we encourage all Perdeberg family members to join us for a fun-filled family weekend of pure indulgence!
While we may want to celebrate the arrival of Spring Day, it seems the Cape will see a few extra days to enjoy their favourite red wines. For the Cabernet connoisseurs we’ve paired our Cabs with delectable offerings that include wine tastings, exclusive wine offers, and a Cab and Canapé Pairing (R150 per person).
For the kids, we’ll have a family fun zone to keep them entertained with exciting activities, including make-your-own kiddies pizza (R120 per person), cookie decorating (R95 per person), face painting, and a bouncy castle (weather dependent).
Let the kids enjoy endless fun as you set on a journey of discovery in celebration of International Cabernet Sauvignon Day.

New vintage release: Classic Sauvignon Blanc 2024
The 2024 vintage of the classic Perdeberg Cellar Sauvignon Blanc is now available for purchase on our online wine shop and at our Tasting Room. Created in an elegant, but fruity new world style, this Sauvignon Blanc is ideal to enjoy with delicious seafood, lightly flavoured pastas, pizzas or risotto.
Dry land influenced, the grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc were harvested from the Darling and Stellenbosch regions with little to no irrigation given to the vineyard, relying only on natural rainfall. The grapes were picked early in the morning by hand. After receiving the grapes, it was destemmed and 3 hours of skin contact was given. The juice was cleaned using flotation before fermentation. Great care was taken that only clear juice was used for the fermentation. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a cold temperature and a selected yeast was added to achieve the fruity style. The wine was aged on the lees for three months before bottling.
The wine has a pale green tinge in colour, has a bouquet of tropical notes consisting of gooseberries, asparagus and a hint of bell pepper and green figs. An abundance of flavours carries through to a refreshingly crisp taste and finish.
