"At Saronsberg we believe that crafting exceptional wine starts at the very beginning, the vineyard. In about a week we will start the delicate process of pruning, making sure to select the best and strongest shoots to carry our 2025 vintage and start our journey in the pursuit of excellence.
By having a deep respect for the land and a passion for the art of winemaking, you learn that each grape tells a story of its terroir and its journey from vine to bottle. With the 2024 vintage currently aging in barrel we continue our pursuit of excellence, with a glass of Saronsberg Shiraz in hand of course."
