"We are delighted to be able to showcase 12 superb Cap Classiques, all from different regions and in different styles to showcase the incredible quality of the category,” says Caroline van Schalkwyk, marketing manager for the CCPA.“The association has meticulously chosen a range of fine examples, which will be available for tasting throughout the duration of Prowein at a dedicated self-pour pod,” she continues.
Both Pieter Ferreira, chairman of the CCPA, and Elunda Basson, vice chair, will be present at the fair, offering attendees a unique opportunity to engage with the driving forces behind Cap Classique.
Cap Classique, the term used for South African sparkling wine, represents a rich tradition of excellence and craftsmanship.
