Our orchard trees are bursting with fruit, ready to be harvested and enjoyed
As one of the oldest, most celebrated farms in South Africa, we focus on actively preserving our land, with the goal of leaving it better than we found it.
This includes regenerating our soil to produce fruit and vegetables of exceptional quality, used to prepare soil to fork dishes at our eateries, and for you to take home from our Farm Shop.
Our seasonal offerings include a range of juicy and flavourful plums, like Ruby Dawn and 11712, which have been recently harvested for you to enjoy.
Our new apple orchard has also been planted and is flourishing beautifully. You’ll soon be able to shop juicy Buck Bucks and Bing, both full red varieties of Royal Gala.

Introducing new livestock to Boschendal farm
We recently welcomed Hampshire Down sheep to our working farm. This rare breed roams around freely on our grounds, fertilising the soil wherever they go.
