Our brand-new Taste. Explore. Relax. menu that will run daily from Monday to Saturday will offer you, our guest not only a selection of new dishes but also the choice of the portion size that you would like to enjoy. Taste – think tapas, Explore – similar to a starter or light lunch, and Relax - a traditional main course. All of these options are of course naturally and easily paired with a glass or bottle of Kleine Zalze wine.
Some of our delectable new dishes include the Sweet Apricot Curry Lamb Neck & Four Bean Salad and Pork Neck, Parsnip Purée & Apple Butter Sauce.
Our second new offering will be a Harvest Style Sunday Lunch (R365 per person) which will explore the cuisines of the world. Each month we will be focusing on a different country and take you on a journey of the food of that country. The Sunday Harvest Style Lunch will be a 4-course menu with multiple different layers of taste, and a real feast for the senses. We are also very proud to be able to offer the Sunday Harvest Style Lunch in a completely plant-based (vegan) option - just let us know in advance. In October we will be visiting Italy for our Harvest Style Sunday Lunch!

A Chenin tasting with a twist
Join us at the Kleine Zalze Tasting Room for a Chenin Blanc Heritage Tasting and experience Chenin at its best, alongside an aroma kit designed to highlight the aromatic showstoppers present in our award-winning wines. Dive into a full-blown sensory experience across our range of Chenin Blancs with four wines, an aroma kit and all the Chenin Blanc knowledge and heritage our wine ambassadors have to share with you for R120 per person.

The Kleine Zalze Tasting Room is open seven days a week 09h00-18h00 Monday to Friday, 10h00-18h00 on Saturday and 11h00-18h00 on Sundays and public holidays.

- Family Reserve Tasting - The flagship range of exceptional single-vineyard wines: R160 for 4 wines
- Vineyard Selection Tasting - A range made from carefully selected and farmed vines: R60 for 3 wines; R100 for 5 wines
- Cellar Selection Tasting - The accessible, easy-drinking range of reds, whites and rosé R45 for 3 wines; R75 for 5 wines
- Cap Classique Tasting - The estate’s three sparkling wines made from the traditional chardonnay-pinot noir blend (R50per person for 3 wines; R150 per person with food pairing)
