Chenin Noir South Africa, an education stakeholder for Sommeliers Across Africa and a partner to The Court of Master Sommeliers Europe, is honoured to bring back the Court of Master Sommelier exams.
The Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) is the most prestigious ranking any sommelier can achieve. The prestigious board was established to encourage quality standards for beverage service in hotels and restaurants.
The first African Master Sommelier examination took place in Johannesburg in 2019.
