As SA wine businesses recover from the last year, nothing will be more important than ensuring that your cellar door and its marketing are operating optimally.

WBS’ South African Wine DtC Survey is your chance to understand both the changing SA landscape and the sorts of results wineries internationally are achieving coming out of the pandemic.

The final report covers all key aspects of DtC from pricing to visitation, wine clubs, software, communications and more, benchmarked across Australia, NZ, SA and the US.

The survey will take around 25 minutes to complete. You will need wine sales figures (total volume and value and direct sales broken down by cellar door, club and database, events, web sales and any restaurant wine sales) for the year to June 2020 and the year to June 2021.
