Flavours include Dark Chocolate, Mixed Berries and Honey and Almond.This interesting pairing was put together to highlight the flavours of the wines in a unique way. Tasting Room Manager Ella Grimston explains: “When we tasted the incredibly yummy biscotti produced by this husband and wife team, we knew we should do a pairing with it. From sweet to savoury many of the flavours were created especially for the pairing and after tasting quite a few combo’s and flavour profiles, this one was decided on.”The cost is R120 per person and visitors are welcome to pop in during opening hours daily over the weekend and give it a try.
