Celebrate our proud heritage on the estate on Tuesday, 24th September with proudly South African braai-inspired dishes from The Bakery at Jordan. Relax on the deck overlooking the dam and the Stellenbosch valley and enjoy the tranquillity that this beautiful estate has to offer.

Chef Thys has designed three incredible dishes as an extra offering to the a la carte menu. These can be ordered as individual items, or why not enjoy this once-off menu as a 3-course meal for R280.00 per person?

Start with a biltong and goats cheese salad with rocket, tomato confit and grilled baby marrow served with a creamy garlic aioli dressing. This will be followed by Chef Thys’s signature oak smoked pork belly ribs in pineapple marinade for a main meal, served with a loaded potato filled with crème fraiche, bacon and chives with a side of tri-colour slaw. For dessert, take a trip back to your childhood with an individual peppermint crisp tart!
