Asara’s mise en place opens with a fabulous new menu to go with the Estate’s fine wines….

Chef Arek Witaszek and his team took up positions behind the plancha, Green Egg, and the hot plates last week as the Asara Hotel’s mise en place Restaurant opened for the season.

A Franco/Italian inspired menu with a mix of old classics highlighting flavour driven seasonal food.

mise en place features sophisticated dining and elegant service. The restaurant hosts a maximum of 40 guests per evening, and do not seat tables larger than eight. On fine summer evenings guests may choose to dine on the terrace, which offers a spectacular setting and memorable ambience.

mise en place is open for dinner on Wednesday until Saturday 18h00 to 23h00.

Lunch from 5th December to 20th April from Thursday to Sunday from 12h00 to 1530.
