The Emerging Leadership development “course” consists of 4 modules of 4 hours each plus 2 x 2hr follow-up sessions 2 months later:
- Lead yourself
- Lead your team
- Lead your finances
- Lead your project (ie. take action)

Two teams of roughly 30 people in each, made up of Villiera Cellar and Vineyard staff, attended this course during March/April 2016. The balance of our staff will complete the courses as soon as we find a gap that causes least disruption (probably straight after harvest 2017).
