Summer lunches
The best summer lunch spot is a short drive away in the Cape Winelands. Join us at Peter Falke for crisp, chilled wines paired with refreshing summer salads.
Here are a few of our favourites:
- Parma ham and melon salad: This sweet cantaloupe melon salad, served with ciabatta, is a lovely blend of flavours to excite your palate.
- Red kidney bean salad: Chopped onions, spring onions, parsley, and chives are beautifully combined with a tangy balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.
- Cucumber salad: Topped with creamy goat cheese, drizzled with olive oil, and a hint of white wine vinegar, this light meal is refreshing – perfect for a warm day.
