Five Generations Chenin Blanc 2023
A complex Chenin Blanc expressing pure fruit aromas, baked apples and delicate spice complemented by roasted almond and citrus notes. A great balance between fruit and oak with a creamy and lively finish. 100% whole bunch pressed and fermented in 400L French oak barrels with a portion in cement eggs. Long, slow, natural fermentation.
Optimum drinking time: Two to four years
Ghost Corner Pinot Noir 2023
The translucent pomegranate colour of this elegant wine is its initial allure. The intrigue continues onto the nose which reveals a kaleidoscope of aromas and flavours including ripe red berries and cherries, black plums, sage and a damp strawberry patch. Good balance between old world and new world. An iron fist in a velvet glove.
Optimum drinking time: Three to six years
