Chris Murphy, who is the chief wine buyer for Marks and Spencer, and Chandra Kurtz, the wine buyer for the airline, will be joined by Allan Mullins, Woolworths' Wine Man, Irina von Holdt 'The Queen of Steen' [Chenin Blanc's local name] and Cornel Spies.
