Olivia’s serves light lunches throughout the day as well as coffee and a range of soft drinks. The atmosphere is laid-back winelands, with lashings of Provençal and Barossa Valley style supplied by the proprietor’s epicurean travels. The exciting menu, which changes daily according to the availability of fresh ingredients, is anchored by classic dishes reworked in the Olivia’s style. For summer, try the succulent Thai Beef Salad with a coriander, mint and lime dressing, or the smoked salmon and pecan salad with a verjuice dressing. Winter dishes include rosemary lamb shanks with roasted vegetables, and a winter-warmer soup made fresh every morning.
