Women in Wine Expo

We are intensively working on the program to ensure you have one of the best experiences you will have in your wine career. The conference will be held at Lopota Lake Resort with prominent speakers, panelists and workshop sessions. The wine tastings will be at the stunning Chateau Buera where we can enjoy the view while tasting authentic qvevri wines.

The participation fee for the Women in Wine Expo is USD 255. This ticket gives you access to:

• Welcome Movie Night Wednesday 6th of May with complimentary wine.
• The conference on Thursday 7th of May including all panel discussions and workshops (9 am to 9 pm)
• Lunch, dinner and coffee breaks on Thursday 7th of May
• Wine tour and wine tasting on Friday 8th of May (10 am to 2 pm)

We believe that every woman in wine should have access to knowledge and networking, so we will be giving away six tickets for those who don’t have the financial means.

This includes:

• Conference participation fee
• Two nights at Lopota Lake Resort in a shared room.

The conference will start on the 7th of May at 9:00 am sharp, so please consider booking a room on the 6th. We have made a deal with Lopota Lake Resort for our participants. If you book under the code, WWE2020, you will get a significant discount. The rates are as following:

• Single room USD 110 per night (single use)
• Double room USD 130 per night (double use)
• Triple room USD 150 per night (triple use)

All participants who arrive at the resort on the 6th can join in and start networking – with popcorn and good wine - at the Movie night.

During the week of the Women in Wine Expo, there will also be plenty of events/activities happening in Georgia with regard to wine festivals, of which we will keep you updated. With any of these options, you can combine them with the Women in Wine Expo and go home totally fulfilled with new contacts and amazing Georgian experiences.
