The Red Table restaurant, located in the historic manor house, will be dishing up a feast of full-blown flavour. Indulge in starters like lentil samoosas served with date chutney; green bean, avocado and bocconcini baby leaf salad topped with poached egg, toasted almonds and light lemon dressing; and slaphakskeentjie tarte tatin with chevin cream. Mains on offer include biltong-crusted beef fillet with potato boulangère, flashed garden vegetables and chimichurri sauce; pork belly with braised red cabbage and green apple with sweet potato croquettes; and grilled duck breast with carrot and potato puree, broccoli and apricot citrus jus; amongst other delicious à la carte menu options. Desserts will be utterly delectable - expect treats such as chocolate fondant served with vanilla ice cream, and baked cheesecake with berry compote.
