The idea was to bring a wine festival with a relaxed atmosphere to Pretoria where family and friends can enjoy some of the best wines in a unique setting and it has grown to Pretoria's favourite wine festival where family and friends meet in a secure setting feasting their senses with great wines, delicious food and live music by some of South Africa's best kept secrets when it comes to talent.
Fijnwyn has grown to a well-loved and recognized brand and we are extremely happy about the amazing support we get. We have 4 amazing events planned for 2019, the first one focuses on Bubbles on 21 March, the 2nd one will be held on 01 May with a "Fancy Fijnwyn" which will be held on 30 April from 16h00 - 21h00. This concept is a first for Fijnwyn and will be an exclusive preview with very limited tickets which will include the normal glass & wine tasting as well as a harvest table throughout the evening to feast on.
On 15 & 16 June we will embrace winter with our Rooi Fijnwyn and then the fourth celebrates spring with Fijnwyn innie lente on 21 & 22 Sep. Shokran is nestled amidst a pecan nut and almond plantation on the outskirts of Pretoria East. The perfect location for a decadent taste-adventure! Spoil your taste buds with excellent wine, great food from deli food stalls and some amazing food trucks and to round it all off live music in a beautiful setting. Add some wine loving friends, the relaxing atmosphere and live music into the mix and you have the perfect outing!
