Jason's Hill Private Cellar
Jason’s Hill Private Cellar was awarded three Gold medals at the Gold Wine Awards, as well as earning first place on the Top 5 EWP (Excellent Wine at the Price) list.

Gold medals were awarded to the Jason's Creek Classic Red 2015, Jason's Hill Shiraz 2013 and the Jason's Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2015.

The Gold Wine Awards was born out of a need to help the consumer make educated buying decisions and to help worthy wines sell. With the vast amounts of wine available to the consumer on shelves. Wines were judged by graduates from the Cape Wine Academy and the results were then statistically linked to the price of the wine to determine which wine was worth the value for money accreditation. Only Gold medals were awarded.

Family owned cellar, Jason’s Hill Private Cellar is tucked away at the foot of the Slanghoek Mountains with sixth-generation award-winning winemaker Ivy du Toit keeping alive the tradition of vine growing and wine making in the Du Toit family.
