Dirk Roos will prepare a lunch using “whatever is fresh, available and of good quality he cannot commit to anything beforehand”. He has sent a sample menu with the sort of food he’s hoping to serve, but he may need to make some changes. The meal will be served with a variety of the wines produced on the farm.
