Christian Zhang has worked in the hotel F&B industry for six years and is one of China’s sommeliers to watch. A WSET level 3 holder, his experience includes helping top hotel brands launch in China, including the Amanfayan luxury boutique resort, Hangzhou; the JW Marriott, Hangzhou; and, the Park Hyatt, Ningbo.
