exporter internationally. Also in the German wine market there is a
sufficient number of premium wines from South Africa competing against
the finest wines from all over the world.

The PAR Wine Award is based on a unique judging model to evaluating
wines on an rather objective qualitative evaluation than on an
individual subjective interpretation. The model was developed by Martin
Darting and has been approved by many tastings and wine awards within
the last view years.

The competition is exclusively for South African wines and sparkling wines (method Cap Classique)
The tasting will be performed according to the certified PAR system developed by
sensory expert Martin Darting. The PAR system focuses on an independent quality
evaluation instead of individual interpretation. The tasting result offers you transparency
including a comprehensible documentation.
The tasting results will be communicated and advertised to wine experts, retail, consumers by press releases sent to major print and online media. Additionaly, the winner's list with all wine specific data and comfortable search function will be published on our website.
