Award-Winning Wines! MICHELANGELO AWARDS
There was great excitement at the Michelangelo International Wine Awards of SA, held this month at the Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West.

We brought home gold medals for both our Solms-Delta Amalie 2012 and Solms-Delta Koloni 2012. A panel of 16 wine specialists from 15 countries judged the entries. This prestigious competition provides a platform for local wines to be judged by a panel of international judges and to compete against wines from other countries. This is the second year in a row that Amalie has walked away with a Gold.

Hagen Viljoen and Joan Heatlie, our winemaker and assistant winemaker, were there to proudly bring home the medals.
