Meridian Wine Merchants
Meridian Wine Merchants is a sales, marketing and distribution
company representing many of South Africa’s leading wine producers. The PMR Diamond Arrow is the highest award to
achieve and a company must score more than 82% to achieve it. Meridian received
top honours in the broad category of Distributors & Marketers - Wine,
Spirits and other Alcoholic Beverages with a score of 4.26 out of 5 (85%).
PMR Africa (Performance Management Review) is a research, consulting and risk assessment company that conducts
surveys in assessing companies to enhance excellence and set industry
benchmarks. These awards are based on research from trade customers
across South Africa; comprising of liquor retailers, restaurant owners and
hotel managers. The research is determined on the trade’s perceptions with
focus on customer service and satisfaction. A company cannot enter this
research process but is rather nominated based on the observations of the
trade.
