On Sunday, 16 June 2013 from 13h00 – 16h00, The Arabella Country Estate will be hosting a Father’s Day Lunch Buffet at the Arabella Hotel Jamani Restaurant for R260 per person.
On Sunday, 16 June 2013 from 13h00 – 16h00, The Arabella Country Estate will be hosting a Father’s Day Lunch Buffet at the Arabella Hotel Jamani Restaurant for R260 per person. The lunch includes a complimentary glass of red wine and a dessert surprise for each dad.
The lunch will start off with starters which consist of Salads, Cold Cuts & Cheese, Sushi and Soup & Bread. Some of these options will include, roasted baby vegetable and grilled Haloumi with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing, beef pastrami, Italian salami and assorted local cheeses served with honey and preserves. Also included is assorted Sushi and Vegetarian Sushi served with pickled ginger, wasabi and soya sauce as well as homemade breads and roasted butternut soup with grated parmesan cheese.
Some of the mains options will include Roast Rump of Karan Beef served with traditional gravy, Roast Leg of Lamb with mint sauce and Thai styled Prawns and Chicken Green Curry served with fragrant Basmati rice. Desserts will consist of cocktail Belgian Chocolate Mousses finished off with Berry Compote, Baked Lemon Cheese Cake topped with fruit jelly and Banana Cake with toffee butter icing.
