Van Ryn's Distillery & Brandy Cellar
Now that sun-kissed apples are in season, expect to find apple with brandy, ginger and a swizzle stick of cinnamon, served wonderfully warm. There's a steamy, creamy brandy served latte-style, with chocolate and hazelnut.
Cocktails change every month but all year round, Van Ryn's offers its signature Angel's Share, a heavenly, seductive brandy indulgence.
Prices range from R20 to R35 per cocktail.
Drinks can be sipped and savoured on plush couches in the distillery's tasting area or if you are lucky enough to catch those warm winter rays, in the gorgeously fragrant garden.
